I’m no make-up artist, but I do like putting some makeup on and I finally found a simple and quick makeup look I can easily do for my daily routine. So, here’s my no makeup, makeup look!
The Foundation
Since I like to go for a more natural appearance, I don’t like caking my face with product. I’ve been using Benefit’s “Hello Happy” liquid foundation for years, and absolutely love it, but I’ve discovered Makeup Forever’s “matte velvet skin” powder foundation and I am obsessed! I was nervous about powder foundations because I thought it would make my skin look flaky and dry, but this one does wonders! Not only does my skin look smooth, but I also don’t need to worry about taking time to blend the foundation into my skin with this foundation. The easy and quick application makes my mornings simpler and effortless.
The Eyebrows
I like to give my eyebrows some definition, so I’ve been coming back to Anastasia’s brow wiz to do the trick. I lightly color in my brows with one side and use the spoolie brush on the other end to blend the color into my brows.
The Lashes
I have very short lashes, so I like to create volume with Ardell’s lashes. Ardell has my favorite lashes and I know I can always rely on theirs! Their natural and their naked collection are my go-tos. I really like how they’re not sooo voluminous. Instead, they create a natural, flared look.
Voila!
And there you have it! In just 3 simple steps, I have my makeup, no makeup look! It’s taken me a few years to finally find a routine that doesn’t take me so long to get ready in the morning and one that creates a natural, flawless look.
